The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued the HIPAA Privacy Rule to implement the requirements of HIPAA. I believe our concerns are warranted as not enough has been done to secure the election – especially here in Pennsylvania, but the GOP seems to be warming up to something they view as a game changer, but is it?
